By engaging Bouquetgourmet (bouquetgourmet.online) for edible botanical arrangements or event catering services, you accept the commercial terms detailed below.

1. Cold-Chain Hand-Delivery Guarantee

Due to the perishable nature of our hand-carved fruit flowers, candied petals, and artisanal chocolates, all arrangements are transported in active temperature-controlled refrigeration units. Delivery handoff requires a designated receiver at the target destination. If no recipient is present, the courier will hold the order in transit for up to 2 hours before returning it to the atelier to prevent food degradation.

2. Seasonal Ingredient Substitution Terms

Bouquetgourmet works exclusively with organic heirloom produce and fresh edible flora. In instances of sudden seasonal scarcity, our culinary artists reserve the right to substitute ingredients with items of equal or superior culinary value, matching the rose quartz and botanical olive aesthetic palette.

3. Event Booking & Cancellation Windows

Standard edible bouquet orders may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to scheduled courier dispatch for a 100% refund. Custom event catering contracts and large venue installations require a minimum 7-day cancellation notice due to pre-ordered organic harvests.

4. Allergen & Food Liability Disclosures

While our kitchen maintains strict separation protocols, our atelier handles tree nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. Clients must disclose severe food allergies during order customization.
